Great house and not far from the Aquarium. A little loud at times due to proximity of the train near the house but overall a great spot!
And thanks for the help sending back one of our forgotten items. Much appreciated.

一棟貸しなので 駐車場の心配はありません。（以前宿泊した近隣のホテルは駐車場の予約が取れなかった為コインパーキングに停めたら大変な金額になりました…）
築年数はおそらく経っているのかな？（実家のような雰囲気）と思うのですが、きれいに清掃し、ところどころリフォームされているようで、大切に管理されているのがわかりました。
子どもが増え家族5人での宿泊でしたが、小学生〜ベビーがいても気兼ねなく宿泊でき、快適でした。もちろん素泊まりですが我が家は近くのお店での食事も旅行の楽しみなので、キッチンの使用は哺乳瓶を洗う程度でしたが、食器や調理器具もきれいでした。
家族5人でもかなり広いので、次回はじいちゃんばあちゃんとも一緒に泊まりたいねと話していました。ちなみに車も2台余裕で停められます！

全体的に綺麗ですが、所々古さを感じるところがありました。
今回は2階で寝ましたが1階でも寝れるようにリネンが揃ってると良かったです。
小田急線が朝6時前～夜中の1時頃まで走っているので寝る時と早朝は電車の音がかなり気になりました。
建物に向かうまでの道がかなり狭いので運転に自信のない方は厳しいかも知れません。
駅まで徒歩5分ほどで便利な立地ですがコンビニまでちょっと距離があり直ぐに買いに行けるという感じではありませんでした。
乾燥機がないので洗濯物は外に干しましたが、冬や雨の日はなかなか乾かないと思うので翌日には着れないと思います。
乾燥機があれば尚良かったです。
