We have an amazing time! From the check in to the arrival celebration. The rooms were amazing and so large! The onsen was very family friendly. Play spaces indoor and out were outstanding. Breakfast left us speechless. Our only regret is not getting dinner. Such an amazing experience

This is probably the most family-friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Many young couples with babies; tons of kids up to about 7 years old. They have lots of toys, books (in Japanese), and even special suites for those ages.

宿泊、ありがとうございました。プールと公園が併設しているので、小さい子供が遊ぶにはちょうどよくゆっくりした時間を過ごせました。レストランからの眺めがよく日没あたりは景色の変化が見れて大人も楽しめる時間です。ホテル周辺や車ならハイランドパークに朝からいえるので、少し大きい子供でも楽しめる時間は作れると感じました。一方でプールへの導線が悪いの案内が少なく確認することが多かったので部屋からの導線に合わせて見直してもらいたい、更衣室が衛生的にもよくないのでロッカーの位置やモノを置けるベンチや棚をつけてほしい。子どもがいる環境に合わないのでとても使いづらいと感じました。

部屋はきれいでベッドも人数分あり快適に過ごせました。お風呂近くのリラックススペースがありお風呂上がりに扇風機があるとゆっくりできたと思いました。朝のバイキングは入るのに並んで時間がかかり食べる時間が少なくなったのが残念。メニューはアルコールも含まれたバイキングでお得感ありでした

子連れに優しい宿。 2泊したが、ビュッフェは同じメニューだったので飽きるかも知れません。室内遊び場があるので室内プールがあると尚いいなと思いました！朝風呂の時間が6時からなので、もう少し早いとおひとり様お風呂いけていいなと思いました。

初めて宿泊しましたが、とても良いホテルでまた泊まりたいと思いました。ただ一つ、洗濯機と乾燥機の数が宿泊客に対して少ないのが残念。子供が4人なので洗濯と乾燥ができるのは帰ってから楽！と思い、なんとか洗濯はしましたが乾燥機がなかなか空かず…0時近くまで待ったのですが、結局かけられず。ランドリーの施設がもう少し充実するともっともっと快適になるかと思います。

那須自体が子どもの楽しめるスポットがたくさんあるので、周辺施設でもたっぷり楽しめて子連れには最高だなと思いました！欲を言うなら屋内プールがあれば雨でも楽しめるのになーと。あとは我が家は暑がりなので空調が温度を変えられないのが少し不便でしたが、扇風機を貸してくださり助かりました！

建物は古いですが、目立つところ(エントランス、ロビー、浴場等)は改修されていますので綺麗です。泊まった部屋(521)は壁が一部剥離していました。朝のフロントスタッフ人数が足りていませんでした。一人の方が対応していたのですが、その方が電話を受けてしまい10分以上待たされました。その間にフロント前には５組以上の列ができていました。改善してほしいと感じました。
