The room is quite big Clean and very comfy. Everything is newly renovated. Compared to other surrounding hotels, the overall is new, clean and comfortable to stay as a service apartment, so no maids make rooms everyday. And there are staff at the counter at certain times

The hotel is very good, equipped with a full range of appliances such as hair dryer, microwave, washing machine, room is not narrow, very good bathroom, good location, near the Kumon market, easy to find food.

The room is comfortable and clean, the bathroom is clean. Friendly staff. The location is close to Shinsaibashi shopping center, but far from the station. There is a mini kitchen but no cooking equipment.

On the 2nd day of our stay, the hotel had no water without any notification. We just found out about it after we were back to the rooms after a long day around Osaka at around 9.30pm. Even they did not say anything when we passed the lobby. When we asked what happened to the water, they just said the water supply broke and estimated would recover the next day by 5pm. They said they would cancel our booking and refund it. Anyway when we requested for them to find and paid a replacement hotel rooms, they managed to help. In conclusion. Not a good experience.

Full amenities and very clean. It's also located nearby Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, and Namba Station. I will definitely comeback to this place again.

I had a pleasant stay in here, the building was easy to find, the staff were nice, room was clean and pretty. I chose the traditional room for 3 people. what I don’t like about this place was only there were hardly enough space to put big luggages. so we had to put some of the luggages in the entry hallway.
