The rooms and bathrooms are super clean! I felt very safe and comfortable so I had a very restful sleep! The facilities are really nice and so are the staff! The cost of using the dryer and washer is really good just 100yen to use both dryer and washer (50 yen each)!! I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Japan again and want to explore Nagoya!!

Good for the price. Not sure though if it is normal that only the white sheets were asked to be tossed in the dirty hamper. I assume the blankets are not replaced for every check in, I hope I am wrong.

It was a great place to stay. The staff were lovely. They were very welcoming and helpful and the bed was sooo comfortable. I went for the GP weekend so I was tired every day and I had a great sleep every night. The only thing I have negative to say is that the water in the shower isn’t always hot so I mostly only had cold showers, which wasn’t nice. But I would choose to stay here again! It is very clean and cleaned every day, I appreciate the staff’s hard work. There’s also a great bakery across the road from the guesthouse and it is really good.

施設はとても宿泊と旅行拠点のしやすさに特化した場所だなと感じました。寝床も綺麗で寝やすく、確認すべき内容はありましたが、戸惑いなどはありませんでした。仕事が溜まっていたので、1階のロビーで簡易カフェで仕事をすることがほとんどでしたが、お腹がすけば外にパッと買い出しに行けるし、調理施設は無いんですがすぐそばにお弁当屋さんやスーパーもあるしファストフードも多いので、買い帰って食事をしながら仕事もできます。本当に名古屋で仕事にしに行った時の拠点としてお世話になりやすいなとおもいました。バスのアクセスもいいので、深夜バスだと栄のバスターミナルからもアクセスしやすいですし、名古屋駅からは地下鉄で近いです。私は連泊しなかったので時間もないだろうと洗濯はしなかったのですが、連泊の場合はスタッフの方に声をかけて洗濯をしてたとおもいます。あと夜も基本静かです。栄から距離があるのもありますが、大須の中と言っても周辺が静かなこともあり、落ち着いて生活が出来ます。そういう意味でもとてもおすすめです。

Really kind people ! I was struggling with my luggage and one of the employee was on his way and helped me out to carry them. It was clean, and you had a certain privacy even though it's a shared dormitory. The person at the reception also helped me out with a phone call.

予約の際に下の段でお願いしていたのに何も言われず二段ベットの上でした。下の段は仕切られてるけど、上の段は普通の二段ベッドで隣との壁がなく隣が見える仕様でした。ちょっとプライバシーが丸見えだし着替えたりもするし危ないです。シャワー室が部屋に1つしかなく1部屋に10人ほどいるのに足りないと思います。洗面台もトイレも2つしかなく朝混み合っていました。せめてドライヤーを2つセットしてシャワー室の外でもドライヤーをかけれたらシャワー後のドライヤーまでまたなく次の人が入れるんじゃないかと。駅から15分とありましたが、上り坂だし結構遠いです。
