This hotel is convenient to go to Shoin Shrine on foot, although it is a steep climb from Shoin Shrine to the hotel. They have a shuttle from and to the station. They also provide baggage pick-up from the train station. The staff are very kind and friendly. Food is great.

The staff and the bathing facilities were outstanding. My only problem was that I booked a Japanese style with city view and got a tiny western room with no view, opaque window no view. Language barrier didn’t allow me to sort it out. This may have an Expedia problem or misunderstanding at the time of booking who knows. This did spoil the stay a little, however everything else was excellent

初めて山口県に行きましたが、口コミ以上に温泉は種類が多くて良かったです。ディナーは地元食材を使っていたので、美味しくいただきました。部屋も清潔でベッドも広くて快適でした。なにより、部屋から見える夕日に感動しました。また、行かせていただきます

スタッフの方々のとても丁寧なカスタマーサービスにホテル到着時から感動しまた。建物全体は多少古さを感じられる部分はありますが清潔でお部屋も清掃が行き届いており快適に過ごすことができました。温泉は露天、屋内とあり風呂のタイプも何種類かあり楽しめました。シャトルバスで行く足湯も萩の夜景を見ながら楽しむことができ良い体験になりました。レストランでの夕食も美味しく十分な量で満足しました。また機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。
