The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very strategic in front of the entrance of Hakata station and bus terminal. The hotel is very clean. There are coin laundry facilities, vending machines, and convenience stores on the 1st floor. Really recommended.

A very nice room, great bed (so-so pillows) easy to use a/c. Didn’t use the restaurant. Right next to Hakata Station; easy subway ride to airport!

The hotel has implemented a new policy stating that guests cannot leave their luggage after check-out. The front desk suggested renting a locker near Hakata Station for suitcases, which I am willing to do if that's the only option. However, I am traveling with an elderly companion and need to store a wheelchair for 2 hours (after check-out at noon, before our departure to the airport at 2 PM). I inquired at the front desk about the possibility of a two-hour storage for the wheelchair, as there are no lockers that can accommodate it. Unfortunately, their response was a firm no, with no flexibility or consideration offered. I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros: bathtub/shower was much wider than the MyStays hotel so much easier to wash and go in/out of washroom. Room was large enough for solo traveler and all amenities provided. USB A &C ports available. Free WiFi. Very close to JR station. Cons: noticed that hotel management will not honor 3rd party booking changes (ie. If you booked thru Expedia and the hotel changed something afterwards and you weren’t notified, you’re basically out of luck) they will not give you credit or compensate you for any losses incurred.
