外観や内装は古さを感じさせますが、綺麗に掃除されており気持ち良かったです。フロントの男性も設備等丁寧に説明してくださり、困ることはありませんでした。また口コミでトイレにウォシュレットが無いとありましたが、ちゃんと完備されておりました。とても快適に過ごす事が出来ましたが強いて言えば、夜に設備の音なのか、隣の部屋からなのか分かりませんがイビキに似た音が聞こえて来たのと、朝食をしっかり食べる私には量が少し物足りなかったです(笑) (朝食はとても美味しかったです) また機会があれば利用したいです。

Booked this place at a very reasonable price and was happy with condition of the facility. A short walk from subway station, and facing a beautiful park. However the room is quite small even per Japan standard. There is no space for a chair or a desk and very little room for moving around. Overall I would stay here again for the same price.

Their breakfast was very good and had a good variety, the cooks deserve a raise. The hotel staff was excellent, friendly and courteous. the room was vastly over crowded with only two twin beds and a small but very good refrigerator. Wifi worked acceptably and the TV was most adequate. The common areas were fairly clean but the whole building was somewhat worn out. There was no closet and no place to put anything. We were always tripping over our luggage. The room could have used a thorough cleaning, but the linens were clean and fresh and the bed comfortable. Bath room was compact two people at a time was not viable, unless one was in the tub, but the water was hot and the tub deep though not long was acceptable. Was not greatly over priced and the location was close enough to both bus and subway to make getting around very convenient.

Overall speaking, I have a pleasant stay of 4 nights at this hotel which is only 15 mins by MTR from the airport plus 5 mins walk from exit 5 (left turn) of Ohori Garden MTR station. The room is very small but clean and cheap. Daily Japanese style breakfast was also included, though it was almost the same every day. The room had smell of cigarette smoke on the first night, which I hate most. Luckily, it has reduced gradually on the rest days. The staff are polite and helpful, especially the young ones.

we stayed for 2 nights hard time finding place originally,but once found very convenient be sure to confirm exactly which Heiwadai you are staying at or else you are going to be like us and go to all 3 properties lugging around your luggage, even though we asked directions from area shop owners-as they have 3 properties all within a 1 mile radius best advice is upon exit at Ohori Koen just walk alongside the water front walkway, you'll see hotel after about a 5 minute walk wifi works if you rent(leave a Y3000) deposit for router the big draw is the free breakfast, if you like japanese food you cannot go wrong- this IS NOT a cheap continental style breakfast ! property is a little dated, and small but all we needed was a roof over our heads so it suit us fine

The hotel is close to the subway, around 10 mins walking distance. Coin laundry is cheap, 200 yen when compare with on average is 300 yen. However, the room that I booked was a twin beds room therefore there isn't sufficient space to open my suitcase and get stuffs, need to put the suit case on the bed. Overall, the hotel is old, but clean. Wi-fi in lobby area only, there isnt any internet in room.

This is perfect for a visa run, but there is no Internet in the room so I spent all my time at the Hard Rock Café using free wifi there. It was cheap and had breakfast in the morning so it was nice having that.

建物が古いものの清潔感はありました。鍵がピッキングに弱いと言われているディスクシリンダー錠でチェーンもなく、窓もハンドルで固定するだけで鍵もなく安全面で不安を感じました。また隣の人のいびきが聞こえるくらい壁が薄いです。サービス面では電気代節約なのか冷蔵庫のコンセントが抜かれており、すぐに使えなかったことが残念でした。かなり安いので値段相当といえばそうかなと思いますが、さすがに女性の利用には安全面で怖いのでもう使うことはないと思います。

２度目の宿泊でした。禁煙のとこが空いてなくて今回は喫煙のお部屋にしましたが、そこまで匂いが気になることもなく快適に過ごせました。部屋にもよるのかもしれないですが、洗面台のところの電気が昼白色だとメイクがしやすくてよかったかもしれません。または窓際に卓上の物で良いので鏡があるとよかったなと… 前回と同じくスタッフの方の対応はとてもよかったです。
