Highly recommend this hotel! The staff was very helpful and they helped me throughout the time I was there (due to some unfortunate circumstances). The area is very nice, lots of options around the area for food. Extremely close to the train station and was convenient to move around. Overall, I would come back again the next time I am in Japan!

Setting up the TV screen mirror was a bit confusing, but you have to check all the instruction cards in the room. The shower was great, and the room was comfortable.

it was my second time in henn na, and both of them are amazing.. I really like the LG style one and it was really helpful.. not to mention the robots reception..

It's just an awesome hotel, the LG styler one is such a great machine I ever seen.. the lobby robots is entertaining.. everything is so great, nice hotel to stay for or to Haneda with free shuttle bus once in every hour..

Very unique hotel, with a front desk staffed by robot dinosaurs. Check-in was fast and easy. If you get there before check-in time, they have an area where you can secure your suitcase with cable locks, as well as storage lockers for smaller items. They offer a free shuttle to Haneda Airport, and it is an easy walk from the Otorii station.

Hotel was as expected for a bargain price. As a non Japanese speaking tourist i was happy our taxi driver came inside and helped us check in. Breakfast was amazing. Immediate immersion into local culture.

Nice hotel near the Haneda Airport. It's convenient and fit my family of four with one bed each. The dinosaur theme is cute. Breakfast was good and had plenty of variety.

Super convenient once you can figure out how and where to take shuttle from airport. You check in via self service, was a bit complicated for me after tiresome travel. There was staff to assist but just wish they had a normal check in with soneone behind the xounter and not a replicant
