This hotel was easily reached from the station on foot with my luggage and I was relieved to see escalators up and down so no lugging up steps. The price was really good for what was included ... I didn't use the public bath here as was too busy and tired by the time I returned to the hotel but excellent to have that option - I used the bath in the room instead. To have breakfast and dinner included was an unexpected bonus - amazing at the price point too! I didn't experience breakfast due to my timings but dinner was really good ... and I'm a very picky western eater who doesn't eat meat! The restaurant staff were really stretched but seemed friendly and helpful ... I appreciated the food they provided very much. I'd definitely recommend this as a base for seeing everything around the area and pleased with my choice.

Excellent value-for-money accommodation for the budget traveller! It comes with free breakfast, dinner and a decent onsen with sauna. The room even comes with a sofa. However, do note that the hotel is a 8 min walk away from Hiroshima station.

People were unable to check in earlier, so there were many people in the lobby. We waited for about half an hour there. A reasonable price for a room including dinner and breakfast. If you are a woman, you should bring your own conditioner.

Location is quite near the train station. You can take the escalator (near Sheraton hotel) instead of staircase (based on Google) if you are carrying heavy luggage. Value for money as the hotel provides breakfast and dinner (latest dinner by 830pm). Free amenities only toothbrush, razor and comb.

No check in until after 4 pm ! The rooms are tiny ( I know Japanese hotel rooms can be small but these were tiny even my Japanese travelers mentioned it ) bathroom even smaller - 300+ rooms only two elevators long waits - breakfast was good

Really good Japanese style hotel. Stays come with breakfast and dinner. They also have a public bath and sauna which i didnt have time to use. Amenities are basic.

The hot spring bath was very nice. It was interesting that women needed to get the key for the bath from the front desk, but men can just use the room key. For me, the bed was a little stiff, but my partner enjoyed it. The hotel is convenient that it is very close to the station.

Good location, 10 minute walk from the station so ideal for getting around the city. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I inadvertently booked a smoking room and it couldn’t be changed so just be aware. Staff were friendly. Only downside was the luggage storage was full so just had to leave cases in the lobby (but all was ok)

Excellent price, including both breakfast and dinner. The food was good too. On the other hand, they didn't have free wi-fi, which seems essential in the modern world. They also had a policy where you aren't supposed to use the AC to cool your room down to a reasonable level. I think the lowest you were supposed to go was 28 C (82 F)? Hard to be comfortable when you're hot. I was there in late spring, I can't imagine trying it in the summer. There were also restrictions on heating, which I didn't pay much attention to because I wasn't there in winter. That said, at this kind of price you have to expect there's a tradeoff somewhere.

The staff was great! The bidet and refrigerator were broken. I was disappointed in the dinner and breakfast. It was free but not very tasty. The hotel seemed very old.
