Nice breakfast

The staff is wonderful and good service… they provide a bus to Disney or Disney sea. You are staying away from tourists more locals … you have a supermarket that has a McDonald and 7 eleven is also less than 10 min away. Great location for peace and quiet environment.

We were happy to arrive to a very comfortable and spacious room. We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service and free drink amenities offered during different times of the day. They also had vending machines and the grocery store was a walkable distance. The staff was friendly and understanding of my difficulty with the language and went above and beyond in assisting with an unexpected task. While no public bath is offered they offer a comfortable seating area to rest or do work . I also noticed the absolute attention to detail in both the cleaning of the rooms and to the cleanliness of the main dining and lobby areas. Recommend!

We chose this hotel because it was close to Disney Tokyo. There’s not a lot else around that’s easily walkable. Luckily the hotel has a shuttle that runs atleast once an hour. So it was simple enough to work around the schedule if you don’t want to pay for taxi’s or Ubers.

Very nice. Breakfast buffet was delicious & everyone was very kind. The shuttle was perfect to get to Disney sea and Disney land.

Great for families and free transportation to Disneyland

We loved this hotel. Everything was very clean and the list of included ameinities was endless. So grateful that their team was able ot ship a Disney souvenier we had forgotten to Kyoto for us. Location is a little far form the Disney parks but the shuttle and proximity to a grocery store and conbini made it all worthwhile. Highly recommend!!

Loved this hotel!! From the free amenities that were offered everyday to the free nightly ochazuke, this hotel has it all! Staff was so friendly and helpful, loved the shuttle to Disneyland, and it was just all around a great property. I would highly recommend!!

Great stay, great value!

Nice hotel for the price. For a long stay, there is nothing around there: no restaurants or shops.

Great place to stay, in more of a residential area but shuttle to Disney and great amenities

Best place to stay near Disney Sea without paying so much for Disney hotel. Check in and out was easy. Staff is always nice and helpful. Free little amenities to make with your stay comfortable. The rooms have for massagers to relax your tired feet after Disney all day! I'm the evening they have a free Japanese rice meal that is amazing after coming off the shuttle after Disneyland. The shuttle is free to the Maihama station right in front of Disneyland Tokyo. If you need Tokyo Disney Sea, you will need to buy a ticket for the Disneyland monorail.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the guest gifts and its so nice that there's a foot/calf massager in the rooms. It is very much appreciated after walking all day at Tokyo Disneyland. We also really liked the evening rice over soup that the hotel gave out for free. We'll come back to Hiyori and highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel with great amenities - soft drinks and supper complimentary and 2 ‘happy presents’. The shuttle to Disney was great and the deluxe double very spacious

The whole staff were amazing and so friendly. The restaurant staff, front desk and bus driver were the most efficient and friendly that I have experienced. I was so amazed at the place and recommended it highly.

We absolutely loved hotel Hiyori! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I accidentally booked the wrong checkout date and they were very accommodating and allowed me to book the last night on the spot. Having the free shuttle to Disneyland and Maihama Station was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay. Staff welcoming and friendly. Room is a good size with a full size bath tub and free amenities, we will be back again.

Property is close to Disney Parks. They have a shuttle in the morning and evening to train station near Disney. 5 minutes to Tokyo Disney, 15 to Disney Sea, though you can ride monorail for $300 yen, about $2 US as of this writing. 1 minute walk to Ikspirari, aka downtown Disney. Hotel is clean, Japanese breakfast for $1700 yen, free soda after 1500 and a late free soup dish after 2130. Service was excellent, food good, free coffee and water station. Hotel gives 2 free gifts per person, little things. Our room was small, one person has to climb on bed to get to that side since no room on that side of bed. Restaurants are 4 blocks away minimum. That is all I can say that isn't great. We are used to American hotels so only comparison. Great hotel all around and alot cheaper than Disney!!! Under $15 Uber to train station if hotel schedules don't work for you. We took airport bus to closest train station, then Uber to hotel, much cheaper than cab, much easier than lugging luggage on several trains. Highly recommend if it works for you!
