スタッフの皆さんが親切でした。禁煙希望から喫煙室になってしまったのですが、空気清浄機や清浄スプレーを用意してくれました。匂いはどうしても取れなかったですが、対応が良かったので、まずまず良かったです。部屋は古いなりに清潔感ありでよかったです。朝食も美味しく、ボリュームもありました。働きに来てる方が利用してるようで、近い部屋から大きな声や音も聞こえずよかったです。枕が高いのがわたしには合わなくて残念。2種類くらいあるといいかな。あと、美顔器の貸し出しはとても良かったです。感染対策も出来ていました。とにかく落ち着いて過ごせるホテルでした。駐車場も敷地内無料はいいですね。機会があればまた利用したいです。

Good sized room for 3 people, though we didn't realise one bed would be smaller than the others. It was not a problem though.
Bathroom needed a little extra cleaning and the shower curtain probably needed replacing if you looked close enough.
Reception kindly let us leave our bags after checkout so we could get lunch before leaving Kusatsu.

駅から徒歩10分。周囲は静かです。部屋は広くて清潔。6－8階のみが客室なので、眺めや解放感は抜群です。深夜のチェックインにもかかわらず、ホテルのひとは親切に対応してくれた。草津に泊まるときはまた利用させていただきます。

部屋も広く、清潔感があった。
お風呂はユニットバスだったが、広々していてゆっくりできました。
駅にも近く、駐車場も広くてチェックアウト後も利用できたのでとても助かりました。また利用したいです。
近江八幡からの道がとても渋滞するので時間は余裕をもってがいいと思います。
