三十年ぶりに泊まりました。当時は某プロ野球球団も使用していたので（今は知らない）雑多な感じでしたが… 今は系列ホテルも増えて良い意味で宿泊者が分散されています。今回は子連れでしたので、周りも同世代＆子連れが多く、変に着飾ることもなく楽しめました。施設や環境と対比するととてもリーズナブルだと思います。　但し食事・アクティビティはリゾート価格ですのでそれなりに高くつきます。レンタカーを利用した場合は買出ししたり、足を伸ばして食事もできると思います。シャトルバス移動の場合は缶詰になるので、事前に買って持っていくのが良いかもです。

Definitely do not recommend this hotel. We stayed at the harbor wing, the room is although spacious; it is super old. The decor, furniture etc are all very dated. The most terrible thing was that the refrigerator kept making very loud noise It was impossible to sleep at night The reception staff hardly speak any English it was impossible to communicate We emailed them to ask for some sort of compensation plan in another hotel within the same resort they just said there’s nth they could do Definitely does not worth the price It says ocean view room but the room we stayed at 90% of the view is block by trees Also at the balcony there was a very poorly designed trench and there is always dirty water trapped there

The room lack charm and the bathroom although clean and functional consisted of too much plastic like materials.

The hotel is amazing, staff is amazing, luckily 2 girls could speak Spanish and they assisted me with finding my reservation as they couldn't find it initially and I had to wait for one hour, I don't know if hotels.com did not share the booking information instantly as it was fully paid but at the end I managed to check in.

Stayed for 3 nights at the main building in a room that was supposed to be newly renovated. The room reeked of cigarettes and no matter how much we aired it out it just would not go away. Beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. We moved the beds and there was a lot of dust and trash from previous guests under the bed. Only 2 small bath towels per room. Housekeeping is not available by default and if you want the room to be cleaned, the front desk needs to be notified the day before until 10pm. We requested housekeeping to come at 2pm but both days they knocked on our door and rang the doorbell much earlier (11am), waking up our baby from her nap. Contrary to what’s advertised, there’s no room service available and nowhere that serves lunch in the hotel. Staff were kind but the facilities were disappointing. Would not stay here again.

Great view, good breakfast. Rooms are clean. The location is good. Staff speak no English, but will try and help best they can. Location is a bit remote from town. I would recommend renting a car or you will need to use the taxi a lot.
