This hotel is awesome! Super convenient! Drug store, 24 hrs convenience store, subway and bus station, all of major department stores, and bento shop (opens at 8am), different kinds of bar/restaurants (behind the hotel just walk along with river) arel super close!!! Only one issue. Taxi driver had the hardest time finding the hotel when I told him the address. Google map points parking lot. He should not have follow it's direction. The main entrance is facing the main road, Watanabe-dori. Just tell him it is located at right before the Eishinkan (cram school) on Watanabe-dori, almost across from LOFT the department store!

室内とても広くて清潔。バスタブに浸かりたい人は向いてないが、シャワーだけでいい人は全然大丈夫！だけど、シャワーブースの中に洗面台がある為シャワー後に歯磨きや、朝の仕度する時は足場が濡れている為しばらくは使いづらそう。フロントマンがとても上品で親切。コンビニや食事処も近くにあるからとても便利！

西鉄福岡（天神）駅へのアクセスが良く料金も手ごろです。部屋はビジネスホテルとしては十分な広さがあり、掃除が行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができました。フロントでの対応も丁寧でした。バスタブはなくシャワーブースだけですが、素泊まりのホテルですのでこれに自体に不満はありません。洗面所がシャワーブースの中にしかないのは少し困りました。総合的には満足できるレベルです。

総合的には期待以上でした。星4にしたのは求めるものが違う人にはお勧めできないから。ビジネスユースでは結構いいと思います。室内も広め。シャワーしかなかったので長期滞在はどうしようか。というところです。建物そのものは古いかもしれないが中はきれいだと思います。朝食サービスはないと思いますが、地下鉄駅に入る地下街にカフェがいくつもあるので困らないと思います。最近は博多のビジネスホテルが高いので、金額が合えばまた利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

地理的には、便利な立地場所で良かった。施設内サービスは、あまりに整っていなくて驚いた。アメニティやタオル類、メモ帳、筆記具もない。荷物をおける台もない。飲み物用のコップ等もない。空調の音であまり寝れなかった。もう少し改善されないとまた利用したいとは思えない。

アクセス面で選びました。最初に目に入るフロント部分であれ？と思い民泊のような年配のフロントの方の対応家族経営なのでしょうか、、、お部屋もぱっと見最初は問題なかったのですがに入ると床が湿った感じかしてエアコン入れても床のカーペットがしっとり。洗面スペースもバスマットの下は髪の毛だらけ、トイレットペーパーホルダー、冷蔵庫の中にも髪の毛。洗面の排水溝に歯磨き粉のキャップが落ちたままでした。お掃除なさったのかな？ととにかく全体的にお掃除が行き届いてない感じでした。ドライヤーの不具合にはすぐ対応していただきました。フロント黒いソファーの座布団みたいなクッションは自宅感で微妙です。普通の一般的なホテルに泊まりたかったです。

一人旅で3泊しました。利便性が良いのに、お値段もお手頃。夜遅くのチェックインになりましたが、スムーズに出来ました！フロントの男性の方がとても感じが良かったです。一つ不安だったのが、フロントは24時間ですがお客様が用がない時は基本裏にいます。そして、エレベーターも誰でも乗れるので、セキュリティーが怖いなぁ…と感じました。一応、フロント周辺を通る時に「ピンポーン」と音は鳴ってるようですが、別にフロントの方は前には出てこないですし、ベルで呼んだ時には慌てて出て来た様子で…。食事は、ホテルの隣にはセブンイレブンがあり、道路の向こう側には屋台があり、ホテルの裏下にはご飯屋さんもあります。また歩いて10分ほどで西中洲まで行けます。西中洲まで行くと遅くまでお店も空いており、食事には困りません。博多駅までも20分あれば歩いて行けますし、バスや電車もあるので簡単に行けます。なので、お土産等を買うのも困りません。もしまた福岡に行くことがあれば、利用させてもらいます。

必要十分です。施設は新しく清潔です。排水なのかパイプの音なのかがちょっとうるさかったかな。ベッドも枕も珍しい感じで硬いですが不快ではないです。
