Perfect. the place close to subway station, easy to find and the receptionist was very very nice. we can keep our luggage in front office when we check out.

This hotel is basic but comfortable. The room was small, and the beds are not soft. But it is conveniently located to the train station (only about a 5 minute walk) as well as restaurants and convenience stores.

The hotel was brilliantly located . Just a couple of walks to train station , grocery markets very close so that was very convenient :) the reception staff where nice ( always helped me when I had questions ) If I get to go again to Osaka , I definitely stay there again

Hotel is located not too far from subway station and also in walking distance of JR station too. There are some attraction around hotel area. But lack of convenience store and rrstaurant near hotel.

We arrived early in pouring rain and the man at the front desk kindly let us check in early. The room is spacious, clean and the beds are perfect. Not shower is super. Wi-Fi strong. Kitchen downstairs was great and we bought our own Kobe steaks and prepared them. Location is close to two subway lines, one 4 minutes away and the other 8 minutes. This was a great place compared to the miserable and Bob we had in Kyoto. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was not too bad overall but there were several niggles that would stop me staying here again.
The room was not serviced during my stay and a not was there to say it would be done once or twice a week, not the norm in Japan.
The toilet, shower and washbasin were all separate, two in small rooms and the washbasin in the bedroom itself, unlike most Japanese hotels toiletries were the minimum, toothbrush, body wash and shampoo, no hand soap at the basin and no comb.
The room had no kettle, there was coffee and hot water available in the lobby but I for one do not want to trail downstairs for my early morning coffee.
