다만 로비 직원들은 최소한의 영어를 할줄 알면 좋겠습니다. 영어가 한마디도 통하지 않는 직원이 있어 조금 불편했습니다.

スタッフの皆さんのサービス業を意識した応対が良かったです。
無料のケーキとドリンク、アイスのサービスもありがたかったです。
ただバイクで行ったのですが、利用があまりないのか駐車場に困りました。

フロントの人達は、とても親切でした。
お風呂のお湯は熱くて長湯は出来ませんが、気持ち良かったです。
枕がぺたんこだったので、高い方が好みの方はちょっと辛いかもです。

ウォシュレット故障。フロントチェックイン時の案内がわかりづらい。ホームページでの駐車場の案内がまぎわらしい、留め直しに行った。甘いものはいらない。

全体的に古い。
ベッドのマットが柔らかく、くたびれている感じ。
ユニット洗面所のメンテ窓はボルトが外れたままで、まがっていました。
同じような宿でも、もっと管理されているとおもいます。

某会員サービスサイトで予約できたので利用しました。
電話で簡単にプラン変更できたり、最もよいプランを提案していただけたりと、対応はとてもよかったです。
ただ、ホテル前の駐車スペース(特に北寄り)と、一階ラビーから喫茶スペースまでがとにかく「タバコ臭い」の一言に付きました。
喫茶スペースそばに喫煙所の出入り口があるのですが、そこからとてつもないタバコ臭が漂い、せっかく美味しく頂きたかったウェルカムケーキの味が台無しでした。
また、シャトレーゼアイスが食べ放題なのはとても嬉しかったのですが、若干軟らか目で、また、コーンが柔らかくなっておりパリパリ感が全くありませんでした。
朝食は和食を選択したのですが、とてもボリュームがありとても満足しました。一部のおかずや主食はバイキング形式でしたので、朝からたくさん食べられる方でも大丈夫だと思います。
エキチカでシャトレーゼホテルに泊まりたい！のであればよいと思います。

仕事柄、全国のビジネスホテルに宿泊しますが、久々に突っ込み所満載のホテルに泊まりました。
まず、施設の老朽化が半端ないです。
＊冷房の効きがが悪いし、操作ボタンが壊れている
＊ベッド脇のデジタル時計の液晶が壊れていて見えない
＊シャワーの温度調節が難しい
＊カードキー全盛の中、鍵が昭和時代のまま
＊コンセントが少ない
など。
温泉がありますが、正直浴場も更衣室も狭いです。
またお湯がぬるかったです。
良かったことは駅から徒歩10分弱ということと、シャトレーゼのアイスが無料で食べられることくらいでしょうか。
（但し時間が決められていて、部屋への持ち込み禁止）

歴史を感じさせる良い雰囲気でした。お部屋も広くて綺麗。リッチな気分を味わえました。ただ温泉の湯が熱くて入れなかったこと、室内のコーヒーがインスタントと紙コップだったのがちょっと残念でした。

甲府の中心部にある歴史のあるホテルなのですが、老朽化が激しく使いづらい点が多い。ただし値段はビジネスホテル並みなのでそこはプラスマイナスゼロでしょうか。
