The property was great for my large party(3 rooms). We had a 8 night stay and the staff were very accommodating to help us. We had left something on the airport limo bus and they help us get in touch with the company to get our package back. The Disney shuttle was free- just need to reserve a time there and coming back. They helped us book our shuttle back to narita airport (¥3100 adult/¥1550 child with seat) It was very convenient to have an airport limousine bus that was a drop off and pick up right in front of the hotel. We didn’t want to deal with trains and private cars that might not fit our entire party. So this was the best option that didn’t include lugging around our stuff. They also held luggage between our check out and our reserved shuttle. The nearest train station is about 10 mins walk away. This gave us the opportunity to find something new to eat around the area. It was less crowded and quieter than the touristy areas. there’s a couple of 7-11, Lawson, family mart nearby and along the way to train. There were food options, a supermarket and pharmacy in the plaza below the hotel . There was a money exchange machine in the hotel and we found it to give the best currency exchange rate.The standard room was larger than the standard Japanese rooms we previously stayed at. The hotel was clean, the room was clean. We have no complaints. We will stay there again if we’re in tokyo area. We loved how quiet and not overwhelming in comparison to touristy areas.

Clean room but had an old stale cigarette smell. The weird part was that that smell was only in the room. The property does not allow tattooed people to use any of their amenities that requires you to be “undressed”…. So no pools or spa areas. Great location to stores and restaurants but far from a train station.

Staff was friendly and accommodating and helped me out when asked. Hotel services were fast, on time, and the cleaning service was immaculate. They replace anything you need in your room like emptying trash, replacing towels, and changing bed sheets if desired. The property also offers restaurants and a shopping center which helped whenever I need to buy small amenities that I had forgotten at home. I would be willing to stay here again and I recommend this to anyone, tourist or local. The location is further away from the inner city so it's more quiet and there are plenty more stores around the block if needed. It is also an convenient short walk to Toyocho station to connect to other trains.
