Can’t expect anything better. We got this room at half the listed price thanks to a Chugoku promotion on app, and it was fantastic. Although the room was small we almost couldn’t open both suitcases at the same time, that was the only drawback and we had nothing else to complain. The location was nice, about 1km walk from the station and about 200m to the nearest bus stop where you can hop on and get straight to the Peace Memorial Park. The view was breathtaking, you see the gorgeous river directly from your window - it was so nice that you could see many locals taking a morning walk there. Service was super, they smiled at us always and offered everything I asked. Free morning drinks even if you don’t purchase breakfast at the hotel, and free amenities (of really high value which could’ve been charged for a fortune at other hotels) for everyone. Their yukata was so cute it even had all of the city’s signatures printed on. Love supporting these local businesses!!
