The rooms were very clean, and the entire property was exceptionally well-maintained. The staff and room service provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The location was perfect! We loved it, situated in a convenient neighborhood with easy access to go everywhere. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Everything was great about this place with a view to the Emperors Palace. The service was spot on and great service. The are is super clean and easy access to the running/walking track around the palace. You can even walk to the Tokyo station from the hotel in about 25 minutes while enjoying the palace view.

I stayed five nights in a Suite during a business trip to Tokyo in June. Overall, the experience was disappointing for a luxury city hotel. Soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear neighbors showering and hallway conversations, which made it difficult to rest as a light sleeper. Despite the premium price of the suite, both the room and bathroom felt dated, with no signs of an upcoming refresh. Breakfast was included but offered limited choices, with the same menu every day. Complimentary rice refills were a small positive. While the staff were courteous, English proficiency was limited to select team members. The personal touch seemed to have diminished; for instance, reception no longer guides guests to the elevators in the absence of a bellboy or concierge. I was also surprised by the lack of a business centre for meetings or printing, which is typically expected at this level. Overall, I would rate my stay 2 out of 5 stars only for its location.

Great staff; great view. Nice room. Quiet area but only 10-20 minutes away from the craziness of Shibuya and other vibrant centres. Great experience at really reasonable price - Arigato gozaimasu!

Great staff. Clean room. I had to go to Osaka for a few days and come back to the hotel, and the staff very kindly stored my luggage for me free of charge. They took great care of my belongings.

I like the close proximity to Hanzomon station to get to Shibuya & a couple of sopa noodle restaurants within walking distance. I don’t like the 6 flights of stairs without any escalator to exit from Hanzomon train station, when we have luggages to carry upon check in & check out. I don’t like to dirty sink counter.
