Staying at K5 was one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. If you’re a creative type, you’ll find the atmosphere incredibly inspiring—the design details are thoughtful, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels in the country. The food was excellent, the location unbeatable, and overall, this place is top tier. I’ll definitely be staying here every time I’m in the city.

This was the most amazing hotel experience I’ve had, from the cleanliness and design of the room to the amazing and wonderful staff! Also our Son Shiloh loved the warm embrace of the staff every time we came back to K5 he would smile and shout in joy at the staff and wave so happily! This really made our hearts melt!

Our stay was incredible and made our experience in Tokyo one to remember. The staff were so kind and accommodating. the location was very convenient and close to transportation (Tokyo station), restaurants and beautiful areas. The room was stunning and had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend this and if we ever are back in tokyo, will stay again. Thank you for everything.

Great hotel and room but bar was closed a lot and we could not eat breakfast in the hotel on all three days. Two it was closed and the other we needed a reservation for breakfast?
We ate in the restaurant on our first night at the wine bar which had very disappointing snack offering however on our last day we saw a guest eating a full diner in the same wine bar which was unavailable to us as guests?
Hope they can figure out how to service hotel guests in what appears to be a subleased restaurant space servicing local diners as we loved the hotel and rooms.

This is one of the most stylish and very large rooms I’ve stayed in. The record player and Bluetooth system were a cool perk. The room was not soundproof or otherwise, I would have given a 5 star rating. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant had limited options for the breakfast and they charged a table charge at the bar for just me in an empty bar.

It was overall a great stay for my little one and everything was provided. However getting in and out was a little harder with a stroller since there are stairs to enter the building, and the photos looked different in person. Its a smaller boutique hotel and didn't feel like a suite style room with tall ceilings as advertised

It was a beautiful property and a beautiful hotel. My room was probably the cheapest room so it wasn’t what I pictured. Definitely didn’t get the experience that was in the pictures. If you aren’t getting the most expensive room in the hotel I would choose a cheaper hotel. Most of the hotels in Japan are beautiful and way cheaper.
