The OOSAKA UNIVERSAL CITY- KINTETSU HOTEL manager allowed us to changed our room to an amazing room with the theme park view. It wasn’t peak season for tourists yet probably but anyways it was so kind of them to change room detail with a very reasonable amount charged. Thank you so much.

A bit odd the next day as I was checking out, they said they had not collected the city tax of 300 yen from me when I checked and wanted to collect it as I was leaving. As I had booked and prepaid online, I presumed this was already sorted. Regardless that is an error on behalf of the hotel and chasing me down at check-out seemed a bit weird. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. It is super convenient when i am working in the area.

Great location. Literally right outside the gate of USJ. The beds were great. Staff was nice. Room was quiet despite being in USJ main area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent location!! The hotel is in the middle of City Walk, just a minute away from the USJ gate. Room was very clean with nice city view. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with options for Washoku (Japanese style), Yoshoku (Western style) and kids meal. Will definitely stay again!
