Wonderful ryokan experience! The room and building were great; the staff polite, helpful, and cheerful. The full-course dinners were spectacular. The bath houses were the best part- incredibly spacious, with soaps provided.

All five star. Free shuttle bus running between the train station and hotel. Breakfast included was amazing. Plate painting is something memorable. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic onsen exiting Japan.

夕食のシャブシャブは、最後に火をつけてたが、室温を考えると悪くならないかと気になった。しかし、幼児を含め総勢10名の人数だったので、夕食時の個室対応は有り難かった。

チェックインからチェックアウトまで従業員の方のサービスやおもてなし性にとても満足度が高かったです。3連休だったからか、周辺の飲食店はどこも閉まっており、滞在中の食事はほとんどこちらでいただきましたが、飽きることなく幸せな時間を過ごせました。1階の売店でレトルトのカレーとビーフシチューが買えるそうですが、人気のため購入は惜しくもかないませんでした。ネット購入を勧められましたが、次の入荷等を把握されてなかったのが少し残念でした。館内の至るところに飾ってある手拭いがどれも素敵で同じものが販売されてなかったのもちょっぴり悲しかったです。

家族で利用しました。施設もキレイでよかったですが、特にスタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。小さい子供（未就学児）への心配りもしてもらい不自由なく過ごせました。また利用したいと思います。

泉質がよく暖まりました。大浴場はやや物足りない印象。でしたが、部屋付の露天風呂は気持ちよく入れました。特筆は従業員の対応でした。若い方が多かったのですが、教育が行き届いていて、挨拶や声がけがとても良く、皆生き生きとしていました。

食事がとても美味しかったです。施設の公共のスペースには多少の施設の古さもあるかもしれませんが、感じさせないほど綺麗にされています。部屋は特に新しいので気持ちが良かったです。 2泊しましたが時間が経つのは早く、サービスがとても行き届いており、気持ち良く過ごさせてもらいました。
