Very easy process to self check in, room spotless, great free drinks options, excellent breakfast (would recommend getting double portion of 'toast', which is delivered to your door at specified time (you must choose order before 11pm). Great location next to lake front. Would def stay again 😎

スタッフ不在でも不便さは感じませんでした。
お風呂で天然温泉に入れる・ドリンクバー・駐車場の外出中コーンは良いです。バス/トイレ別ですしアメニティにも満足できました。
マイナス面としては、お風呂に掃除漏れの髪の毛・欠けたマグカップ・充電器です。
特に充電器ですが、Lightning以外のType-CとMicroBはスマホカバーや形状によっては奥まで入らず充電器できません。
なお、エレベーターは無く階段も一段ずつが若干高めなので、足の悪い方やお子様には大変かもしれません。

諏訪地方に行く時、毎回利用しているホテルです。駅から少し離れているが、諏訪湖岸の道路沿いなので、諏訪湖の散歩には便利です。
カラオケ設備のある部屋で、楽しく過ごすことができました。
今回は、温泉の温度が低く、個室温泉を謳っている宿として、まともに入れなかった事が非常に残念でした。
朝食のパンはベーコンエッグを選びましたが、大変美味しかった。
宿泊税は、まだ施行されておらず支払い不要でした。

Je comptais mettre 5 étoiles car la chambre est très bien mais j’en enlève une car malheureusement la baignoire était sale, il y avait des poils et des traces sur tout le rebord et c’est quand même la moindre des choses de nettoyer correctement ce genre de choses.

お部屋はお風呂を綺麗にリフォームしてあって24時間入れる事もあって良かったです。チェックイン後に自由に出入り出来るのも良かったです。
建物自体が古いので廊下や階段の古さ、エレベーターが無い事と階段が急勾配なのは気になりました。それと窓が無いので景色は見れないし、やはり閉塞感があるのは否めないです。

自宅から車で3時間半くらいかかる伊那市に向かう途中で宿泊するのに利用しました！
深夜1:00くらいにチェックインしましたが、無人の為スムーズにチェックイン出来たし入りやすいのが良かったです！
外観は、少しラブホ感ありますが部屋の中は窓から自然光が入り、アメニティもビジネスホテルのような感じでとても良かったです◎
目の前に湖あるし、アクセスもしやすいので旅行途中に手軽に泊まるれて、丁度いいホテルだと思います👍
