the ac leak broke water damaged my 300$ earbuds below it but other than that I like!!

Decent, no frills hotel.

It’s a simple, minimum and basic hotel. It has a microwave and hot water maker. It would have been nice if there were coffee cups.

Rooms are small, service terrible. My sister is alergic to feathers, we asked for hypo allergenic pillows 🙄 but no luck. Then asked for extra towels to use as pillows, and were told only 1 towel per person. We asked for help to ship our luggage, they couldn't help. None of the staff knew English. When asking any questions the answer was always no. No ice machine, when asked for solution told to get ice at convienece store, Asked about convention, airport shuttle couldn't help. No cafe at the hotel, closed since 2021. Booked 3 beds, got two beds pushed together. One positive proximity to train station. For the price of 300 plus a night, would not reccomend.

Its convenient being right next to chibaminato station. It offers the basic amenities but not anything else. But it was clean and comfortable

Would stay at this hotel every time I’m in Tokyo!!! Quiet place to get out of the hassle and bustle of the too busy city. The hotel is right in front of the train station that makes it convenient to get anywhere. Staff is wonderful especially the young lady that works the front desk during the days. Keep pricing as it is and wound recommend this hotel every time.

stayed overnight for events at the port tower park. everything i needed to go to was walking distance. the room was clean and a little more spacious than other business hotels. my request for high floor rom was granted. and also, they let me check-in 30minutes earlier for free of charge. amenities were not fully provided. no free bottled water, no ice machine. no free hotel parking but there are alot of 500yen coin parking around the hotel.

Great property, the room space is a bit on the smaller side, and there were some issues with the shower getting water on anything your brought in with you

Amazing area everything you need right by the hotel. Front desk staff some were very nice some were not and we got the feel they didn’t like having to deal with Americans in general. They were not helpful when we asked for help. Definitely worth the money.

It was fair priced

Value for money, 2 mins walk to JR station and monorail, connect you to everywhere.

エアコンは夏も冬も良く効きます。 部屋は広くないですが泊まるには全く問題なく、むしろ部屋に電子レンジがあるので便利です。 アメニティも最低限揃ってますしね。

エアコンは自動にしても必ず弱の風が出っぱなしのタイプ。希望温度に達しても止まることはない。 トイレ便座が小さい、竿が当たる。 部屋に電子レンジがあり非常に便利です。 付近には千葉みなと駅に24時間営業のマルエツがある。 他は駅改札外にパン屋とコンビニがある。 従業員は外国人も居るが愛想が良く日本語も支障無し。、

金額が安いので、少し心配しましたが全く問題ありませんでした

清掃も行き届いていて、寝るだけで利用するには十分でした。

今回、トイレとお風呂が別で とても良かった
