It is a small but classy hotel in a great location, just a block from the train station. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was small but it was just fine for my purposes. They put a cut flower in a little vase in the bathroom that was so beautiful! I took a walk in the neighborhood and there are two amazing parks/gardens in walking distance in the opposite direction of the train station.

Super clean nice looking lobby. Room is clean and have room wears and room sleepers. Bathroom and shower room have frosted glass so you can see the shape from outside….. Less than 5 minutes walking distance from the Mishima south exit (Although Shinkansen exit is north exit). There are many options for dinning in this area and Lawson and family mart are near by.

A nice cosy place not too far from Mishima JR station, perfect for those looking for a place to stop and catch the sights in this town. Room was clean and comfortable. Just make sure you take the correct exit from Mishima station, as it's very inconvenient to get from one side to the other outside of the station, especially if you're carrying luggage.

Wanted a non smoking room for our 9 night stay. Had a smoking room whose pillows and mattress stunk of cigarettes. Cleaners cleaned at random times everyday. Banging repeatedly on our door at 10am one day, and only starting to clean at 3pm the following. These were weekdays. They leave a piece of paper saying we want to conserve the environment to reduce towel and sheet changes which the cleaners ignore completely. They just do their clean regardless of what you choose. Having to select your toilettries from the front reception desk while the staff watch you is embarassing and degrading. I was hoping I would have a good review for this place but I dont, sorry.

the location is very close to train station with walking distance and convenient for transportation. We stayed one night, the room was clean and comfortable. The staffs are ok and hope the hotel has a bit more info on local info.

Very noisy street with yelling and screaming every night. Very expensive hotel for what it was. Double room was very, very small so had to pay for an expensive upgrade to a twin room.

Booked this Hotel at 11pm as I was stranded in Mishima railway station, walked the 3 mins to the Hotel and they were expecting me! excellent service and very comfortable.

This hotel was very convenient to the Shinkansen station and to take a bus to Fuji early the next morning. The room was small by Western standards, but we still had room for our luggage and a quick place to sleep. The room was very efficient and seemed high quality for the price. I would stay here again or recommend it to friends.
