We were extremely satisfied with our stay. I did extensive research before booking and have zero regrets. The staff was outstanding, and while the double suite rooms were a bit small, they were perfectly adequate for our family of five. The location is excellent.

Super friendly staff, clean room, and good breakfast (my partner liked it a lot). The location is great too. Higashi-Ginza Station is just a 5-minute walk and provides direct access to both Haneda and Narita Airports via the Keikyu/Asakusa lines. Ginza Metro Station is also a 5-minute walk away, and Yurakucho JR Station is about a 13-minute walk. Super convenient. We would definitely use this hotel again when we are back in Tokyo next time. Arigatou.

We booked twin room for 5 nights and double room for 1 night because the twin room only available for 5 nights. Surprisingly they gave us 6 nights with twin room . Thank you Musse Ginza 😊 The room is clean and quite spacious. It would be better if they use a sliding door for the toilet and put up some hangers to hang clothes in the bathroom. But overall we liked to stay in Musse Ginza

Japan is known for cleanliness. This property had a great breakfast. The location is not close to the station, so it's a little harder to get to, but from Narita Airway Express, it's quite OK.

Four nights stay at the hotel. It's modern and clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They have English-speaking staff. They can help you with luggage transport services for inside and out of Tokyo. There's two coin operated washing machines that you can check the availability from your hotel TV. The rooms are cozy in terms of size and vibe. It can fit an opened luggage bag. Please note that they don't have connecting rooms, but they'll give you rooms next to each other if available. There's 7-11 right under the hotel. There's also a food truck (you can find the schedule in the hotel's lift, it's different food trucks depending on the day). It's a few minutes walk to the station, but the walk is smooth even with luggage and you get to window shop along the way.

Last check out 10.00am or you get penalty. No amenity on guest room, must pickup from receptionist desk. Toilet its split with shower room. I have twin bed but no space between others. My room its totally different with photos.

This is my second time to Japan and also our second stay at the hotel. The room was big enough for us to put 3 luggages. We always go to 7-11 right below the hotel before we go out or go home, it has direct access to the hotel as well. The service was great, staff can communicate well in English. Best part for me is the provide Evian bottled water in room every day. Last year there are smoke smell in the toilet cubicle, but this year I didn’t smell anything unpleasant (I guess it means they’re improving). We will choose this hotel again if we comeback to Tokyo someday.

Pros: The room size for japanese standard isn't too small and really comfy and clean, all the amenities are mostly new, the staff is so friendly and informative. Cons: The location is a bit far, 5-8 mins to the nearest station (ginza and shimbashi) and I'm a little bit uncomfortable with the elevator because the elevator is always stop at the lobby no matter what, seems like the staff is always want to see and check people who going in and out But overall nice hotel

New hotel with sophisticated ambiance. Clean and modern and also edgy. A bit far from shimbasi station (the nearest station) close enough from ginza shopping arcade. Down out the hotel any 3 minimart so easy to find food and drink. So near With DonQ for shopping hand gift 24/7.

Overall the hotel is clean, but we found the towel kinda smell but not in a bad way. It is unfortunate that it is not near train station so it is tiring when you carry big luggage.
