Twin Hollywood rooms are a good size for this kind of hotel in Japan. Comfortable beds, all the facilities you'd expect. Clean and tidy. Lovely staff. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of items.

Location of hotel is so convenient! It is located on a main busy street with bus stops and train stations within a 2-5 min walk. restaurants and shopping all nearby and close. We loved going out in the morning, come back to the hotel late afternoon to rest before heading out to dinner. The location of this hotel allows you to do that.
Room is clean and spacious by Japanese standard. We had 3 people and had a room with 3 twin beds which was perfect. Bathroom has tub and separated by partition. Only con was the buffet breakfast was disappointing. we paid 2000 yen p/p and it was not worth it.
I would highly recommend this hotel to stay but skip the breakfast.

Booked this hotel without expectations and turned out, a very nice hotel with excellent location for shopping and dining. It's clean and the cleaners do their jobs really well.
The breakfast is ok, no wow factors to it but the dining staff were really nice.
4 stars as the reception staff weren't as friendly and helpful, can be improved. Also if you can include cotton pads as amenities.

The rooms are TINY. We stayed in the Hollywood room to accommodate my family and it was tight. Smallest room in all our trip. You are in the middle of town so it’s convenient but will definitely look elsewhere next visit. Friendly staff. We did the buffet for one morning and it was not worth the price in my opinion.

We were able to book two rooms that were connected so there was some privacy. Smaller rooms. The hotel is on the Main Street so we were able to walk to Nishiki Market.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a convenient location to shopping and public transportation. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again.

We reserved a room maximum for 5 people. At the time of booking, it was just 3 of us- 2 adults + 1 9-year old. Later on, another person joined us; so we’re total 4. I thought it should be ok. However, we were asked to book another room since my 9-year old is considered an adult, costing us double.

Great location in Kyoto but on a very busy street and facilities were basic. It was very noisy at night. We were woken by motorbikes racing down streets late in the night and early in the morning. Drunk guests made loads of noise too outside hotel, shouting and even screaming.
