Huge rooms at affordable rates. 5 mins walk from JR nagasaki (have to walk through 2 malls). 3 mins walk to trams. Excellent service - even talked us through major tourist destinations around nagasaki with a map. It is located at a rather dated building - rooms could be cleaner (cleanliness 8/10). Toilet seats aren’t heated.

We stayed one night in this hotel and it was in a very good location for sights, shopping and food. The room was average (superior twin with club access) and not as big as I had thought from the photos. It was clean and had amenities - although the fridge was not very cold. Club room access was not worth the extra as there were no alcholic drinks. Overall perhaps a bit overpriced for the room we had.

Excellent location, located beside Nagasaki JR station. There is a supermarket beside the hotel (inside the Amu plaza) Staffs are friendly from the moment I step into the hotel.

The hotel looks a bit dated but the rooms turn out to be well renovated and spacious as compared to other hotels which are near the train station in Japan. The breakfast is good and serves local Nagasaki's dishes for tourist to try, although it gets a bit boring after a few nights stay and pretty much the same breakfast items everyday. All in all, I would consider the hotel as valued for money factoring transportation accessibility, cleanliness and room conditions.
