I only stayed for one night but found this hotel very comfortable. The place is aged, in a good way. I found the staff friendly and the room clean and overall in nice condition and bigger than any of the other rooms I've stayed in across Japan. I had a beautiful view and a good experience. The one small problem I had was a vent that seemed to carry in all noise from across the floor but it wasn't a big deal.

We arrived at midnight from the airport and found a comfortable room. The 7 eleven is just down the street for a late night snack. In the morning the staff rang for a taxi for us.

Price: No frills, reasonable. My travel was surprisingly affordable and within budget; Frequent Japan travellers who are intimidated by $400/night hotels will be surprised. Transportation: Staff helps to call taxi for you. Train station is 15 minutes to one station or 25 to another. Great walk during good weather. Staff were professional and helpful-especially Front Desk (day shift)-she was kind and warm hearted. Room Cleaning: Great! Tall persons over 5'10" may find the bathroom a tight squeeze, perfect for me, loved the deep tub, strong shower, hot water pot and refridgerator. Hotel shuttle pickup service from train station nearest KIX airport on a c-o-l-d, windy, late night was warmly welcomed. Appreciate that the driver looked for me as I stumbled around jet lagged. Food: Several good restaraunts next door or within easy walking distance. Airport, train and Osaka people were friendly and helpful. Staff at nearby shopping center were helpful.

The hotel is not far from the airport and a good fit when you arrive late to Osaka KIX (or if you leave in the morning). They picked me up at the Izumisano train station at 11pm (I gave them a call from a cabin at the station), and they also have morning shuttles to the airport (or the Rinku Town train station). All for free :-) The bed was very good, and the room very clean, with a yukata, razor, toothbrush, etc.

The room is normal for japanese standards, but tiny for a westerner. I was not pleased that even though the room was marked as non-smoking, there was definitely a trace of smoke odor. The bathroom is so tiny that the toilet is misaligned on purpose so that your legs barely fit in. On the positives, the hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Isumizano station. The morning shuttle to Kansai was punctual (you have to reserve it the night before at the front desk, but it is free).

The room is small as expected but so small that is necessary to leave the bathroom light on at nite, just in case, because, there is over a foot tall step to get into it and then very short, say 3",
Lip to step out. Trip Hazard does not adequately describe it. It's a broken neck waiting to happen.
Also, the Shuttle Driver believes in smoking in the van between passengers, so it is either headaches & coughs from him or a broken neck from the Bathroom. Take your pick!
I would not rebook there.

It is a nice hotel not far from Osaka's Kansai International Airport. The nicest thing is that they provide a free shuttle to the airport at 6:30, 7:30, and 9:30 am. The room had all necessities, even a kimono. I only had a trouble finding the railway station to this hotel: you need to take a train to a different train station (not Izumisano, as you can assume from the city from the hotel's address.) I already forgot the name of the station, though. Also, do not try to find a hotel from a railway station; it is far. Take a cab, it's only 660 iens. It is a convenient hotel if you have an early flight, but not a convenient hotel to see Osaka or Kyoto.

Very basic. A place to sleep and move on the next day. Don't expect to get tourist information if you are spending the day. Pleasant staff but not easy to communicate with. Arriving late in KIX was difficult to find hotel.

翌日の飛行機が早かったための前泊として利用しました。
リムジンバスは最早が、6時に関空第二ターミナル着でたすかりました。
部屋は、普通に清潔でした。浴室コーナーあたりにに少しだけカビはありましたが、経年などありますし特にきになりませんでした。
その他お部屋は狭いですが、寝るには充分で綺麗にお掃除もされていました。
受付のスタッフの方はとても親切でした。
コスパを考えると、とくに不満はありません！
