Our stay in COFF Ichinomiya was exceptional. The place has a classic aesthetic with a modern vibe, and excellent service and friendly staff. Next time we stay there we want to rent one of the converted shipping container "houses" which have a hot tub. They looked so fun!
We had a problem when my wife left her passport at our rental in Kyoto. Thanks to the host at both COFF and our Kyoto rental they were able to coordinate an overnight shipping of the passport for delivery the next morning to our hotel at COFF, just in time for me to get a surf session in and make our flight in Tokyo on time! Problem solved after we were very unsure if we'd be able to make our flight and get the passport in time.
10,000 thanks and much gratitude towards our hosts and the friendly staff at COFF. Next time we come back to Ichinomiya we will certainly be staying here again!

一人泊まる予定だったんですが旦那がちょうど一緒に行けることになって、チェックインの時にはもう一人泊まるなら追加1万円ですと言われました。
過去泊まったホテルだとちゃんと追加料金の説明があったし、内訳の税金なども計算してくれたんですが、ここは何も説明もなく領収書もくれてなかったです。
スタッフが何か追加料金の表を出して計算したんですが、その表に書かれた数字にも合わなくて勝手にチャージされた気がします。

The hotel was quiet and beautiful. We stayed in the main building, in a large, Japanese-style room. Very comfortable. Ichinomiya is definitely a place where you'll want to have a car to get around, but the manager was very helpful about getting us a taxi to a nearby excellent restaurant. Recommend this as a base to explore this part of the Bōsō Peninsula.

Very nice new modern facility. No food available to us for reasons unknown. Main building has shared toilets and shower, which was not made clear on reservation. Town has little going on unless you are surfer and surfing is much better at home in CA.

隣にカフェがありましたが、11時から16時まででしたので、利用できませんでした。夕食の時間帯に空いていたら便利です。
客室はツインを利用。清潔で過ごしやすかったです。お風呂は広々でしたが、冬だったので、ちょっと寒かったです。
