Amazing reception staff!
The rooms/washrooms can be cleaner upon checking in, but nothing to be upset about.
A few loose hairs in the washroom during the visits (not my hair), but overall a very comfy stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's clear that the condition has deteriorated noticeably over the past two years. The mattress has a visible sag on the side facing the TV. Complimentary water is not provided daily. Additionally, the elevator used to require a room key card to access the floors, which offered a sense of privacy and security. Now, anyone can use the elevator without restriction (only a warning sign sticks on the buttons).

It was a pleasant time to stay at the hotel. They were kind and accommodating and were always ready to help. The only gripe is it’s a ten minute walk to the JR Station but it’s also a five minute walk to Sunshine City so it’s not far from stores, food, or convenience stores.

From the start when I checked in, the staffs were very polite and I felt welcome. I was using the ladies floor so in the room there was a curling iron ready to use! For me personally the room is the perfect size for 1 person. I stayed for 12 days so, they do clean every 4 days but changed towels and stuff for you every day. Breakfast options are also good. The location is very convenient for me as I love to walks around sunshine city and there also Yurakucho line station walking from the hotel maybe 2 mins and Ikebukuro station maybe 7 mins. I would love to come back and stay at this hotel for next time!

It was close to higashi-Ikebukuro, a subway station that, when tired, was a great station to go to as Ikebukuro station is a bit farther of a walk. All in all, had everything we needed, nothing fancy, just what was needed which, given the price, was excellent.

Wonderful place to stay. They do not have an in hotel washer/dryer, but they have dry cleaning and can provide a map with near by Laundromat. The staff are extremely helpful and kind to foreigners. Would definitely stay here again

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Like last time, and the reason why I stayed here again, the staff was really friendly and helpful, and the area is relatively quiet and well connected (Higashi-Ikebukuro station is right around the corner).
This time, though, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness. My room was dusty and looked quite run-down upon closer inspection, and there were stains all over the room (bathroom, near the window and the AC) that looked like mold. Not very great to stay in even if it was only for three nights.

Such a nice hotel! I wasn’t expecting much for the price I booked it for and when I got there I was so impressed. The room was really nice and it was so clean. Small but enough space to move around and unpack.
