The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The room is compact, but the layout is smart so it doesn’t feel cramped. All amenities are provided and very convenient. The location is great, close to the station and easy to get around. Overall, it was a really nice stay.

Nice and comfy hotel for family. They serve free soup, croissant, tea, and coffee. The location is very strategic, only a few hundred meters from Ueno Station. Recommended hotel and consider to stay again on the next trip.

Amazingly located 5 minutes walk from Ueno Station, easy access to nearby shops and restaurants including the Ameyoko alleys. The hotel is super clean and the staff are the friendliest. Amenities are plenty, and their complimentary drip coffee is worth singling out as one of the best we've had this trip.

Nice location and very close to Ueno Station just about 2-3 minutes walk. Facilities and amenities at the lobby are great. (coffee and many kinds of tea) The hotel will clean your room just only the 4th night but change the towel things every day. Room is not too narrow and you can put your luggage under the bed to keep your room gets more space.

The staff were extremely helpful and spoke really great English! They also give you the option to hold your luggage for a few hours after you checkout so it was so convenient before we had to check-in to our next one!

One front desk staff employee was unpleasant to deal with. The hotel Wi-fi was very unstable throughout my 1 week stay. My shower curtain was yellow and mildewy. Location is good. Very good towel service. Nice work area/ lounge area on the main lobby.

The staff were very helpful and the free breakfast was a lovely touch. The is an issue with the windows which means when the wind blows, it comes through the window frame leading to a very annoying high pitched squeal.

Nice stay! I would have enjoyed it more if the room was larger. Having to sit down on the bed for my partner to move through the room was inconvenient. There was not enough room to have 2 regular sized suitcases open at the same time. I did like being able to crack open the window to make the room cooler. For a short stay, it was sufficient.

Overall stay was good, room was small but quaint and well thought out. It was visibly very clean, bathroom especially, however it seems that the non-high touch areas such as lamps, windowsills, etc have not been dusted in quite while. I opened the window to check the temperature outside and a bunch of dust lifted from the frame. Then when I started looking around I noticed the lamps had dust all over them. Extra amenities were great, hot tea and pastries/soup in the lobby for free as well as toiletries! Location was perfect, 2 minute walk from Ueno station which is on the Yamanote line!
