The place is neat and just nice for 5pax.There are few convenience stores nearby. Restaurants tend to open after 11am. Instead of walking from Hakata station, there are buses that can take you directly to the bus stop (about 2 stops) which is just few steps away from Roi.

Check-in was contactless, via a tablet, and quite smooth. Room lock is via a passcode so no need to worry about number of room cards. Apartment is quite roomy for our family of three, with a bedroom (with one double and one single bed), plus a larger living room (also with one double bed and one single bed). Even included a 3 person sofa and a small side table. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommended for family of 3-4 persons. Can accommodate 6 but probably a squeeze.

For the price this was at best a 1-2 star motel. Toilet room smells like pee and not an unfortunate one that you could clean/spare away. Incredible strong smell. Sheets were not properly cleaned and carpet felt dirty. Beds were ok. Very disappointed by how strict their rules were and how unpleasant their customer service was. If you just need a place to sleep, go for it. If you are traveling for 2-3 nights, look at other options for the same price.

The location and floor layout is great, very spacious and functional. Having a washing machine helps. The only problem we encountered was during the check in process. Instructions on how to check in was not clear, so much confusion and frustration. I would suggest they also include English in the email.

Lived for 7 days, the overall experience is pretty good, place is clean. A lot of restaurants around the hotel which is quite convenient for us. The only comment is the rubbish bin is not big enough especially staying here for 7 days.

Room was clean and had all the amenities necessary for a short stay. Love the washer in the room as it saved us from packing too much. The only issue we had was the slippers were uncomfortable but that’s not really the hotel’s fault. The other complaint I have is the noise - you can hear everything and we were on the 3rd floor. There is no noise insulation. The AC can be loud too and distracting as it runs through the night. Bring earphones.

This was a very strange property to stay at, with good and bad aspects. On the good side, the room was clean and new, comfortable beds, nice little kitchen. However the down side of this place was the traffic noise. The room faced a very busy street and the windows offered no sound insulation whatsoever. We had to wear earplugs every night and even then the noise from
trucks and motorcycles was non stop. I’m sorry but this was not a quiet or restful place.

我們住了七天，為什麼垃圾膠袋只有兩個，不能再給多一些嗎？掉垃圾位置也不清楚，看你們平板說掉垃圾的時候也要跟你們說一聲，那麼麻煩，所以弄到七天的垃圾放在屋子裏，要我們用其他垃圾膠袋去裝我們的廢物。對這些非常不滿。
地點也算方便，附近有兩個超市及便利店。
