文字通り駅の横に有って、時折列車がゴットン、ゴットン走って行くのが聞こえるほどです。それを騒音と捉えるのか、旅の情緒と捉えるのかで評価は分かれますが、私は好きなのでいつも此方を利用しています。いつもクルマで行くのですが、敷地内に平面に置けるので、それも高評価です。近くにあまりコンビニとか見当たらない？ので、欲しい方は先に行っておいて下さい‼️

This is a delightful business hotel within easy walking distance of the JR station in Azumino, just a little ways up the track from the famous castle town of Matsumoto. The hotel is comfortable, convenient, and economical. The Route-Inn chain appears to have taken the business-hotel baton from the old Green Hotel chain--highly recommended.

大浴場が良かったです。
ダブルルームの部屋が狭かったのは残念でした。無理やりベッドを押し込んだ感じです。次回は広さをよく確認して予約すべきと思いました。なお、現時点でHPでの部屋の広さは表示されていないので改善をお願いしたいです。

スタッフの方の対応から基本的な設備に関しては満足のいくものでした。大浴場があるのも良かったです。やや経年を感じる備品や施設であるものの清潔であり大きな不満はありません。
2点ほど不満な点がありました。
1点目は入口やエレベーターに近い部屋だったからか他の宿泊客の方が話してる声や音がうるさくなかなか寝付けなかった点です。
2点目は個人の好みではありますが、枕やベッドが固かった点です。

家族旅行で利用しましたが、朝食込で良心的な宿泊料でした。設備は少し古めで、換気扇やトイレなど稼働音が大きいと感じたところもありましたが、問題なく使えました。
1点気になった点としては、浴室・トイレへ繋がる段差です。部屋から30センチほど高くなっているため、一緒に泊まった祖母が大変そうでした。バリアフリーの観点からも、改善してほしいです。
