自転車で浜名湖1周をする為に宿泊したが、事前に申し出ていればチェックアウトの日も駐車場を使わせてもらえて便利だった。自転車も輪行袋無しで直接部屋まで持ち込めるのも便利でありがたかった。

バイクでしたが気になっていた駐車場所は玄関横の屋根の有るところに駐車させてもらい助かりました。あと、大浴場と朝食バイキング無料（宿泊者のみ）もとても良かったです。

鷲津駅から遠いのが難点。送迎バスがあればありがたい。部屋は普通のビジネスホテルクラス。朝食は品数も十分満足できるレベル。夕食は隣接する居酒屋「はなの舞」しかなく選択肢がない。また隣接しているのに外に出なければならないのは閉口。裏から直接行けるようにしてほしい。
