The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, beds were a bit stiff but I have heard that is common in the Japanese hotels. The town of Natori is a neat little town, the hotel is right across the street from a pretty large mall and is surrounded by a lot to do and places to eat. Its about a 20 minute drive from downtown Sendai. The breakfast was interesting, but not horrible.

　お風呂が狭く、入る人が重なると洗い場もなくなり大変です。ただ、女性用風呂は暗証番号ではなく、専用カードが配布されるのでラクでした。　朝食メニューにトロロソバがあったり、ずんだ餅があったり、工夫があって良かったですし、ウェルカムドリンクがコーヒーだけではなく、ほうじ茶なども用意されていたり、ランドリーコーナーには待機用に椅子があってくつろげたり、他のルートインより設備も良かったです。　残念なのは、職員の方々がイマイチ覇気がないこと。疲れているのかな。感じが悪い訳ではないのだけど、そこがもったいなかったです。　私は全国各地のルートインに泊まっていますが、ここのホテルは周りにお食事処もたくさんあるし、駅前だし、困ることは全くありませんでした。また利用すると思います。
