Hotel was very nice and clean. Elevator takes you straight to the train station. Many shops and restaurants close by that are walkable. Overall I was happy and comfortable with my stay. Would stay again

It's just a short walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The design and architecture of the hotel are highly artistic. The rooms are spacious and clean, and guests can request to have two single beds joined together. The amenities are comprehensive and of high quality, including a tablet for controlling electronic devices, an air freshener spray, multi-port charging stations, a capsule coffee machine, and Pola and Mikimoto toiletries. Housekeeping and restocking are prompt and efficient. The staff I encountered provided excellent service—they were warm, proactive, and enthusiastic. The front desk has Chinese-speaking employees, ensuring smooth and effective communication in Chinese, English, and Japanese. The breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese, Japanese, and Western dishes, with daily menu updates. During my rushed checkout, staff on the first floor kindly helped us load our luggage into the car.

Location is good but I won’t go back for second time. $266 per night is not fair for this hotel. The room they gave looks like motel.
