家族が入院手術の為、3日間お世話になりました。愛知県ガンセンターとの往復でわかりやすい道で車で10分以内はありがたいです。コロナが続いてる今、名古屋駅等人が密集する場所に近寄りたくないので、とでも助かりました。病院に通うせいなのか、ソファのシミを気にしてしまいコメをしたところ、その日のうちに対応して下さいました。建物は年代を感じますが、お掃除は丁寧だと思います。またお世話になりたいと思います。

とても、満足しています。　ただ一つ言わせて頂くと、チェックインが4時でしたので、荷物は預かって頂いたのですが、もう少し早いと良いなあと思いました。　　でも、お部屋も広くてきれいでしたし、アメニティも充実していました。　すぐ近くにJRの駅もあり、便利でした。　ホテルの回りも、うるさくなく、適度に賑やかでした。　　朝食のバイキングも、とても美味しかったてす。　また、利用させて頂きたいと思います。

As a hotel in Japan, everything is clean. You don't need to worry about unconfortable stay. Only a few points that I didn't like were a noisy refrigerator on your bed side and in-room wifi with a limited service for only Soft-bank users.

small run down room in poor condition....like what you would find in an old roadside motel. One, tiny, thin towel in bathroom. One small pillow on old bed. Very small bathroom I could barely get into.
