I intended to book spacious hotels during our trip to Japan, and this hotel exceeded my expectations—it was very spacious. My teens and I were wowed the moment we opened the room door. It felt like a one-bedroom apartment. Everything was brand new. There was plenty of space for our large suitcases—we had four. We really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen with a large sink, a big bathroom, and a round table with three chairs. Each night when we returned, it felt like coming back home—very comfortable. Although the washing machine was a small top-loader, I was able to dry my clothes either in the shower room or on the rooftop—everything dried in one day, much less hassle than another hotel we stayed at in Tokyo. Overall, we loved this hotel. The location required a bit of walking—about 8–10 minutes to Namba Station—but we were okay with that. I would gladly choose a spacious room like this over a small, cramped one right next to a station. Also, having a 7-Eleven right across the street was a huge plus!

Located on a quiet street- 8 minute walk from subway ystation, Kizu market was 6 minutes away, near Namba Gardens (shops and eatery), 15-20 minute walk from Kuromon. Breakfast offered with basic food, but enough to get you going. Friendly and helpful staff. Code to enter room was sent to email upon check in. Room was enough for 3 people to share without feeling cramped. A huge plus for me was there were plenty of outlets.

It was a nice hotel generally with a very good included breakfast. Staff were generally nice. Downside: poor ventilation in dining area so we would smell strongly of cooking grease after breakfast. Also, cleaning staff came on wrong days twice, once walking in on me as I was changing. Rooms are big compared to other hotels, but not nearly as clean as others (food bits on dishes in kitchenette). Despite this, it was good value and I would book again.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were a great size for the price, especially compared to many of the smaller hotel rooms you often find in Japan. I had plenty of space to open my suitcases with ease, which was a huge plus. I loved that the stay included a free breakfast buffet — good variety and a great way to start the day. There’s a 7-Eleven right across the street, which was super convenient. If you want other breakfast options or, like me, enjoy a nightly 7-Eleven snack crawl, you’re covered! I booked this hotel knowing it’s about a 15-20 minute walk to my Dotonbori destinations. At times, the walk did feel a bit long, but that’s on me — overall, very happy with my choice!

The hotel was clean and all the staff were very friendly. The hotel decor is quite dated and the room felt like being in university halls/dormitory. The location was good for Namba Parks and ok for Namba station. However, I do not feel this is good value for money and so I probably would not stay in this hotel again.

Great location. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were on the harder side. We had a sick kid with us and we weren’t allowed to bring food to the room to him (even though we had a kitchen!) not were they able to provide accurate advice regarding a medical clinic (just some out of date brochures).

We are a family of four (parents, 10 year old and 13 year old) on our first trip to Japan as tourists, and this was an excellent choice! Well located, easy walk to Dotonbori and easy walk to Namba station, which is well connected to other stations within the city, as well as to Kansai airport, Nara, and Kyoto. Four single beds made for comfortable sleeping arrangement. Appreciated the extra living space with table for snacks, card playing, etc. convenient to have the 7-11 across the street, which had snacks, drinks, ATM.
