Had some small issues at check-in, as I had not received the entry keycode. It took a few minutes to get in touch with the staff by phone, as no one is present at the location. This could have been difficult had I not had a local SIM with which I could call.

チェックインが初めてのタイプでしたので戸惑いましたが、丁寧に説明してくださったのでスムーズに進むことができました。お部屋も個別の空調でアメニティ付き、部屋着もドライヤーもあってすごく快適でした。なんば駅からとても近く、遊びに行くのもすごく便利！出入り口に一番近い部屋だったので外の音は気になりましたが寝ちゃえば何ともなかったです← また泊まりたいいいホテルでした！

Very comfortable, clean, no-frills accommodation. 4 day stay, serviced once in that time which is acceptable. No microwave in room, but one is available in the lobby. Remote check in conducted via smart speaker to the top left of what would be a normal check in desk. This property does not use keys or cards, but instead uses PIN codes to open the front and room doors - which is awesome! Ensure you have data enabled on your phone as internet is required to check in.

Location was perfect for me. Close to everything, but not within "horde central". Property is clean, but the air filters were filthy (full of dust) within the elevator and within my room. Small but comfortable room, as expected. If you need your trash collected you have to call a number. Good luck if you only have a DATA SIM. It would have been an easier Check In experience if I at least had received an email with the Lobby access code on the arrival date. I had to wait, under rain, for someone to speak remotely and open the door. After that, everything went smoothly. I would stay here again.

I chose this hotel as it is close to the Nankai and JR stations. However, I am surprised how complicated with the check-in process, as it is a man-less hotel. For the amenities, I was surprised that there were no cups in my room nor coin laundry in both North and Central Hotels. The bath tub was with dirts that I dared not use it. After my “neighbour” check-out yesterday, he put all his trash and used towels outside his room and the narrow lift lobby after 10am which was only cleaned by 3pm. I was completely shocked how it was handled. What make it worst is that the staff doesn’t speak English. With that amount of room rate, I rather pay slightly extra to get a bigger room in a proper hotel next time.

Good location! Well priced! However the check in was a bit complicated. When I arrive at the entrance the door was locked and there was no instructions on how to open the front door. There was a sign that said to call a number but I managed to press a button behind the sign to ring a doorbell. Had to fill up a google form to check in. A very friendly staff was able to communicate with me via the speaker to guide me through the check in. Amenities was sufficient! Room was fairly clean and just right for 1 person. Would not mind staying again.

Family vacation. Check-in was done thru electronic means. Easy check in. Communication using English no problem. However, water heater was down and may be fixed the following day. Was soon taken to stay in another place near Ebisucho (a bigger and nicer room) at no extra cost. Was chauffeured to the place and back to Namba area after check out to get the airport limousine.

Firstly, is our fault for getting the address confused. There were 2 hotels with the same name, we booked S-Presso, the North. We checked in to the other branch at S-Presso. Luckily, we came to this hotel first, as there is no reception area in this branch, The North. Reception in S-Presso was a handsome Korean guy. He was friendly and helpful. He speaks well English and slowly explained to us the instructions on how to self check in to our hotel. He showed us the map how to walk to our hotel, which is 7 mins walk away. As we are still early for check in, he advised us to leave our luggages in his branch and go shop around the area. When it’s time for check in, we may collect our luggages and proceed to our hotel, S-Presso, the North. The hotel was conveniently located opposite Namba station and next to Takashimaya. There were shopping mall around and walking distance to Ebisubashi-suji, Dotonbori area, Kuromon market, etc. We booked for triple pax and we have 1 Queen size and 1 Super single bed. The pillow was just good compared to our last 2 hotels. The room was quite small. Only one luggage can open at a time. Bathroom was a typical Japanese style. There is an lift in the building,

Hotel was in excellent clean condition, all commodities provided. Located near Dotonbori, only 5 mins walk to the shopping district. However, room is very small compared to regular hotel rooms. Two of us bunked onto the queen size bed and used the single bed to open our luggages. Other than that, everything is good :)
