What Guests Say About Their Stay

I love the hospitality of the staff. The staff is very nice. Please pass my thank you to the man who was on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, night shift. He helped my husband with the key, and also when I wanted to go to Kamakura and it was raining, he insisted on offering me an umbrella and a towel. So great hospitality. The location is also great, 15 min walk to Tokyo station, and the next building has Lawson, 711, and Family Mart. Also, Yoshinoya is there, so I can have breakfast there. The room is very spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Would definitely come back again!

The hotel staff is very attentive. As soon as she saw us coming with kids, she immediately prepared kits for the kids (toothbrush, bath sponge, & room sandals). There's also a tea station in the hotel lobby, so you can have a sip while waiting. The room is also larger than the usual size room in Japan.

Value for money hotel and the room is quite spacious for Tokyo hotel standard. We got a room in 10th floor and the view was great. The location is quite strategic near Tokyo Station and there are JR and Tokyo Metro access just 5 minutes walk. Good selection of amenities and there are free coffee dispenser in the lobby area

Convenient location accessible through subway train Hibiya / Keiyo Line @ Hatchobori Station 2-5mins walk from the hotel. Approx. 10mins ride to Tokyo Station, perfect spot to book your field trips for Mount Fuji Tours! Delicious traditional japanese and mix with western breakfast compliments by Royal Host, busy on weekends though. Recommend to book weekdays may help. It maybe a 3 star hotel it is still neat compared to others, friendly staff helped my family out for yamato luggage transfers. Just use google translate to help out with the AC thermostat it is in japanese, either or they’ll provide a instruction in English. There’s Lawson or 7-11 corner of the streets if ever in need of anything as well. Bottled water were complimentary one person per day. Overall family friendly hotel and the convenience of it’s location also for Asakusa, Ueno, Akihabara and Ginza. Definitely stay again in future travels with the fam.

My family and I had a comfortable stay overall. The room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided for a convenient stay. Everything we needed was readily available. The only downside was some outside noise, including police sirens at times, which could be noticeable. Aside from that, it was a good experience, and I appreciated the hospitality and cleanliness.
