少し中心部からは外れていますが、地下鉄の駅も近く、回りにもたくさんのお店（コンビニ、スーパー、ドンキ）、レストランがあり全く問題ありません。 VOD、敷地内の平面駐車場、朝食は無料で最高でした。朝食は無料とは思えないほどのクオリティで座席もたっぷり確保されており大満足でした。
