The property reeked of cigarette smoke. The rooms were very tiny and cold. Had to sleep in clothes to stay warm. One pillow on bed that was so cold it was stiff. Very dark and smokey hallways and lobby.

I use this hotel often as it is convenient and reasonably priced. The rooms are comfortable. However, the whole place needs a repaint and new carpets as it is looking a bit old and worn now.

Old building,seems not bother to fix them, city hotel like small room with not same level tiny bath room. Our comforter had stain. But there was laundry facility to wash our clothes. Breakfast included would have been nice.

Hotel staffs are nice, room is in good condition with the price. Even though the hotel is close to subway station, but it takes 30 min train (370 yen each way) to Hokone area, if you've time might be ok, if you stay only 2 days, I recommend you find hotel in Hakone area.

I was really tired when I arrived , but the personnel were expecting me so I could immediate go to my room. I only stayed for one night so I did not have high demands, everything was fine. It was nice that it was super close to the station. It was not so nice that there was no WiFi, there is a free LAN connection.

リーゾナブルなビジネスホテルのイメージ。大浴場が男性用しかないのが不思議だが快適さやゴージャスなサービス提供が必要がない一人旅なら十分です。伊勢原駅から徒歩５分。南口の大型スーパー、モダンなレストラン等の華やかな雰囲気と異なり庶民的な飲食店が多く、ディープな感じは興味深い。
