広いお部屋で昭和なレトロ感あるホテルで、私は、とても気に入りました。人吉温泉春風マラソン大会のために1泊させていただいたのですが、マラソン大会もとてもおもてなしやエードのサービス、ボランティアの方々、応援の皆様がとても良かったので、次回、また参加する際には、またぜひこのホテルにお世話になりたいと思います。朝食もマラソン大会に合わせてか、6時からビュッフェを利用できたので、とても良かったです。ありがとうございました。

The hotel is a bit overpriced for a city which serves more as an overnight transit stop for tourists attracted to the region. The hotel primarily caters to Japanese clients and the staff can only speak limited English. Car parking (storage to be precise) underground uses a mechanised system with no pedestrian access, which means you cannot have ready and free access to your car and you need to call a car park attendant say when you need to drive to places for meals. There is a parking charge of Y500 per night. There are no shops and only a handful of restaurants in the vicinity.

建物自体は古いと思われますが、全体的に隅々まで手入れがしてありとても綺麗なホテルでした。客室は浴槽カーテンの臭いだけが気になりましたが、静かに休むことが出来ました。

朝食の料理を下げてしまうのが早い。スタッフが、『料理のコレとコレは、まだ下げないでおきましょうか』と言ってきたので、『はい、お願いします』と答えた。しかし、その後3分もしないうちに料理は全て片付けられていた。何の為に聞いてきたのだろうと思った。
