It is simply beautiful! I honestly don't know what else to say. We were so comfortable, and the location was so convenient!

The room is very clean

Conveniently located at JR station. Clean room good service. Room could use some update as there is no charger outlet by the bed and there is only 1 outlet on the table.

Very conveniently located near the JR Station (Mito). Nearby attractions (Kodokan, Kairakuen) are relatively nearby on foot. Staff is wonderfully helpful.

Convenient location

Staff professional and friendly. Many non-Japanese speaking engineers and scientists stay there. Safe and convenient for shopping and best access to the train station, practically a few minutes of walk with no stairs.

big size bed, big enough for my big American hubby. people are polite and friendly. right next to the main train station. breakfast buffet variety is fantastic. good tea and good coffee.

Very comfortable

I give the hotel a high rating, it’s the misinformation we received from front desk staff and service during dinner that reduced the overall rating. When we booked the room for ten days I thought breakfast was included. I asked a front desk attendant if breakfast was included and was told yes it is included for registered guest. I was surprise to be charged for breakfast at check out. Although the breakfast was very good with a choice of western & Japanese, because of our schedule we didn’t have breakfast everyday, I would have preferred to be informed that it was not included. The evening meal started out fine, nice quiet and comfortable table for five (maybe only two other tables with guest) the service was terrible. First we ordered drinks and after waiting 15 minutes, I had to find our waiter (who was chatting with other staff) to remind him about drink order. Once the meals were serviced (which seem a bit overpriced) we never saw him again until I had to get up again and find him and ask for the dishes to be removed. We felt completely ignored and got the impression the manager/staff were doing us a favor by allowing us to eat there. I suggest verifying what is included with room rate and DONOT eat the evening meal. There’s many places that are better and cheaper near by.

The hotel was within walking distance to A LOT of shopping (3 malls to be exact) and dinning options.

Stayed here for the easy access to the train station. Hotel is nice and features dining and outside bar/food. Great for a 1 night stay

Convenient location and friendly staff

Location very convenient and free car parking. The room was spacious. Only the free wifi connection not very good everything is fine.

大浴場があるというので行ったら、女性の洗い場が3つしか無く、裸のまま空くのを待っていて風邪をひきました。 空いたので使えても何人も待っていたので、上がりのシャワーが浴びられないと思い、湯船は入れませんでした。 混み合う時間帯は避けるなどの注意があっても良かったのではないでしょうか？

個人的に物音が気になる方で、宿泊部屋がエレベーターの近くだったことから、動作音が気になって、また、眠りが浅いのであまりよく寝れませんでした。宿泊予約時に言っていればよかったなと思いました。 その他はよかったと思います。

朝食付きにしたが、レストランの雰囲気、更には、メニューと美味しさに満足です。

飯店的位置非常棒！！就在水戶南口的旁邊，下客運三分鐘內就可以入住飯店。飯店可以感覺的出來有點年份但是維護的很好，整體非常乾淨。價格也非常實惠。隔音好，房間在電梯旁也沒有被打擾。

以價錢去計真係超值，車站旁邊，一出就見到。不足之處係老化，房間雖然翻新過，但其他設施就相對陳舊。
