Best location for transit. If you are already too tired to stroll the city, this hotel is the best place to stay for transit. The check-in experience is very convenient since they have many check-in machines with assistance. It only takes 5-10 minutes to proceed. The room is clean as Japan standard and has a nice view of the airport. From the room to the check-in counter, it takes 15 minutes to walk

This was an ideal location for us following a 14 hour flight. Connected to the airport, we anticipated at least some airplane noise - nothing was heard. The bath and spa was an amazing experience as well!

This hotel is very convenient and clean. You have everything you need and it's super closed to terminal 3. The spa inside the hotel was also one of the highlight. I will definitely recommend to anyone that wants to stay close airport without the worrying and rushing for next day flight.

You can't beat the price and value of this hotel, nor convenience to Haneda. There's even a walkway from the airport to the hotel/mall. Aside from a great staff, convenience, value, no noise, this place was spotless. Had we known this was such a great spot, we would've stayed there a couple of nights before joining our cruise in Yokohama.

The location in the airport and friendliness of the staff were excellent but the room was terribly small and uncomfortable for 3 people and 2 of the towels had dirt stains on them which grossed me out. We only spent one night so I didn't stress but I think greater attention should be paid to this.

Convenient because the hotel is connected to the airport. Our flight landed in Haneda airport and we walked to the hotel right after we got our bags from the flight. The hotel was clean and they gave us clean towels daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hour convenience store near the hotel entrance and many shops along with restaurants right outside the hotel entrance. You can easily shop and get food whenever you need. There are two subway lines at the airport too so you can take the subway to places around Tokyo. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you :)
