泊まる施設は全体的に古さは否めないですが、全てにおいて清潔で気持ちが良かった。そして、期待していた食事ですが、夕食も朝食も期待以上に美味しかったです。
まさか、ケーキがホールでおいていて、自分で好きなだけカットできるなんて信じられませんでした。
色々なホテルや旅館に泊まりましたが、1番良かったです。
リピーターが多いのには納得でした、近々行きたいと思います

さりげないおもてなしの雰囲気が居心地よく思いました。温泉や露天風呂もゴージャスではないけれど、清潔で好感が持てました。朝食も和洋取り混ぜたバイキングでしたが、工夫と研究がされていて、努力が感じられるものでした。家族で利用しましたが、この内容で一人６０００円弱なので安いと思いました。近くには食べるところがあまりなくて、到着した日の夕食は近くの銀河食堂というところで食べましたが、まあまあ満足の味でした。次回はこのホテルで食べてもいいなあと思いました。従業員の方もずいぶん年配の方がいらっしゃいましたが、みなさん元気で張り切って働いておられたので勇気をいただきました。

Language barrier (maybe). Would be better if you can speak Japanese. When we asked for a taxi, they just point it out. But they called a taxi for another Japanese customer.

There is both indoor and outdoor onsen which are wonderful. Breakfast is very good. Free parking. Only wifi is not quite working well in the room and staff did not know much English.

Despite the high price, the facility was old and the service was poor.
The food was not good as I expected.
Totaly disappointed.
高いのに、コロナ対策もいまいちだし、サービスも残念。
肝心の食事は写真がいいだけに期待しましたが、食べてみると味付けは残念。。。
特にスイーツがおいしいものがなかった。

建物自体は築年数が長いと思いますが、とても清潔で快適に過ごせました。大浴場も程よい広さ感で清潔で洗面周辺も整ってます。とにかく色々努力されていることがうかがえます。
いちばん良かったのが朝食バイキングでどれも美味しくお洒落で大満足!!夕食はつけなかったので分かりませんが朝食はすごいです。
ざんな点をしいて上げるのなら、部屋のドアがかたくて開けにくくて体重をかけて開ける状態でした。
芝政や東尋坊も近くて、また利用したいです。

ホテルの施設や設備はきれいです。ただGW中で忙しかったとはいえ、フロントスタッフと電話に出るスタッフの対応が非常に悪い。部屋は広く、ゆったり出来るが、トイレの流れが悪く、しかも全体的に悪いのか、部屋前の廊下がエレベーターを降りてからずっと公衆トイレのような匂いがしていました。早急に改善した方が良いと思います。

お風呂はちょうど良い感じでした
いろんな種類のお風呂に入りたい人には物足りないのかも知れません
朝食のレストランも比較的よかったです
混雑を想定して、呼び出しの無線なども準備されていました
敷布団が薄くて腰が痛くなりそうでした
好みにもよると思いますが
座布団を下に敷いて寝たり、2枚布団を重ねたりしました
チェックイン時に既に布団がひいてあることについては、お客様のプライベートを優先するため…との理由でしたが、本当は作業効率化・人件費削減が目的なんじゃないか？と思ってしまいました
浴衣は部屋に用意されておらず、フロント近くの浴衣コーナーで自分で合うサイズを選んで持っていくスタイルでした
これもやっぱり作業効率化の一環かなと思いました
施設自体はだいぶ古いのを改装して頑張っている感じでした
繁忙期であったとしてもこのクオリティでのお値段としては高すぎる感じでした

出張のため三連泊しました。
「Housekeepingに入ってほしくない」と言うと放っておかれます。構って欲しくない人向けです。
悪くないですが、土曜夜の宿泊費（朝食付き）32,400円の価値があるかというと、ちょっと怪しいです。
