I was very pleased with this hotel, everything from the location to the staff and the room itself was ideal for my needs. Asahibashi Monorail Station is less the 5 minutes away on foot, while Naha Bus Terminal is only slightly further. This makes getting around as easy as possible without a car, as was the case with me. Kokusai Dori is only around 10 minutes away on foot. In short, this hotel is hard to beat as far as location goes. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the city and the monorail from my 9th floor window. The air conditioning worked great which was a godsend when travelling here in the summer like I did. The staff were very polite and helpful, taking the time to greet me every time I entered and left the hotel. Breakfast was included for free and was in the form of dated tickets which you handed to the staff of the attached Italian-Style restaurant. Overall I was very happy with this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed in Room 207. All the heater and A/C units were just outside my window. It was very noisy and turned on and off during the night. I’m sensitive to noise and I barely slept.

Perfect hotel for my one night stay in Naha. It was a cheap taxi ride from the airport and the staff were very sweet. Good breakfast in the morning if you eat meat, not so great if you are (like I am) vegetarian.

We only stayed one night, as we arrived late into Naha and were traveling to Chatan the next day. However, the customer service was excellent, and the room had more space than many similarly priced hotels we have used in Japan. We were pleased to stay here.

Everything was great except the fridge. We put some ice cream inside the fridge as we thought the fridge would still work even we left the hotel room. But electricity supply was cut once we left it so the ice cream melted.
