朝食の内容が豊富で、美味しかったです。部屋は狭いのですが、清潔感があり短期宿泊には快適でした。駅に近いのがとても便利でした。しかし、騒音に悩まされることもなく、よく眠れる環境でした。ホテルの周辺には日常品や食品の購入に便利なコンビニが複数あり、旅行用品の調達にも大変便利でした。

部屋は広くはありませんが清潔でベッドもフカフカで快適に過ごせます。シャンプーや化粧落としの設置もあり、洗濯機や氷、コーヒーのサービスもあります。ホテルは総武線の市川駅から歩いてすぐ、成田空港までは総武快速で一本、羽田空港までは空港バスも出ています。ディズニーランドまでは隣の小岩駅からディズニーランド行きバスも出ています。駅もホテルもちゃんとエレベーターがあるので大荷物でも大丈夫です。ホテル周辺は24時間のコンビニや大きなスーパー、カフェやたくさんのレストランもあります。スタッフの方々もとても感じが良いと毎回感じます。朝食はビュッフェスタイルでとてもおいしかったです。ただ、部屋の壁が薄いのか隣の話し声やいびきが気になることが（何度も宿泊していますが）時々ありました。それ以外はとても快適です。
