Nice hotel with great location, near Dotonbori just 5 minutes by walk. The room is so clean and the service is wonderful. Never regret staying in this hotel and no doubt I'll come back here 👍

My favourite property in Namba. Its dead centre of Dotonbori and also quiet and and very clean property. Tiny rooms but I was given a disabled room and big bed. Just few meters away from Dotonbori’s main attractions. Eventhough cleaning was not done daily, I was getting regular clean towels and bins were emptied. I will stay here again. 100%

Very nice hotel in a premium part of Osaka. Excellent Japanese/American breakfast, free coffee/tea and a free pancake machine (very neat), and good toiletries. Literally steps from the best parts of the city, and lovely staff. We made a mistake and didn't utilize the back exit enough which opens to a beatiful canal that you can walk on with shops and also brings you to the highlights of the city.

Excellent location, very clean, new, comfy beds. Next to the river and close to the action, but quiet soundproofed rooms, and a little cafe space they looked out over the river.

You have to pay breakfast unlike other hotels breakfast are included. They are bit pricey compared to other hotels where breakfast are included.

Usually don't bother with reviews. But this place was exceptional. High level of English. Very clean rooms. Very comfortable breaky room and view from the lounge/breaky room. Right on the canal. They arranged Yamato for my suitcases to Tokyo. Elevators not congested. (smaller hotel) laundry was easy and machines lock w a pin code and have detergent within the machine :) just everything was great for me. (Canadian from BC)
