部屋の露天風呂、源泉かけ流しはお湯も良くて最高でした。しかし何しろ建物が古い。最大限努力しているのは認めるが残念です。食事は予約していない場合、街まで山を降りないと食べられません。タクシーも配車アプリはないので注意です。

接客がとてもよかったです。
ロビーの絵本や、哺乳瓶のレンジ消毒など、事前に相談し宿泊際にもスムーズに対応していただき助かりました。
３歳の息子もご飯に満足していたと思います。
プールもあるので、いっそファミリー向けの宿にとも思ったりもしました。

お部屋に露天風呂が付いているので
好きな時間に入浴でき、子連れだったので、周りも気にせず入浴できとてもゆっくり出来ました。
職員の方も非常に丁寧に接客してくださり周辺情報なども教えていただきました。とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。館内で地ビールを購入できたのもありがたかったです。
朝食の歳も子供用の椅子や食器を用意してくださり、子連れでもとても利用しやすかったです。また来たいなあと思います。

１つ不満は、部屋のエアコンの温度設定がうまくいかなかったこと。ON-OFFを繰り返し、ONになったらうるさくて何度か起きました。

みなさん親切でとても楽しい旅行になりました。客室にある源泉掛け流しのお風呂がとても良かったですが、姉妹ホテルのキーテラスの大浴場も入れるとの事でお願いしました。送迎もしてくれて助かりました。近くに(車で5分くらい)三段壁や千畳敷があるので朝から散歩が楽しめました。
